As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive and collaborative store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPI goals, driving revenue growth and store performance
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting a sense of community and teamwork
