Beach sports enthusiast sought for role assisting guests and ensuring a smooth experience at our water-based activities. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for providing instruction, maintaining equipment, and handling administrative tasks.

We seek someone with excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work effectively with a team. Strong attention to detail and time management are essential.

  • A driver's license (essential)
  • Exemption 38 or Coxswain ticket (essential)
  • First Aid Certificate, Advanced Resuscitation, and QLD RSA (or willingness to obtain)
About the Role

You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will be required to multitask and remain focused under pressure. A love for the outdoors and comfort working outside in all weather conditions is a must.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with beach sports equipment: hobycats, SUPs, kayaks, catamarans, and snorkels
  • Provide instructional lessons focusing on safety
  • Maintain supplies and ensure equipment is in safe, working order
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment
