Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Supervisor to fill this critical role within our operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely food delivery and exceptional customer service;
  • Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control to minimize waste and optimize ordering;
  • Creative Menu Development: Develop and implement new menu items and promotions to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction;
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant;
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner;

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry;
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team;
  • Problem-Solving and Organization: Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Health and Safety Awareness: Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures;
  • Flexible Working Hours: Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
