We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Graduate Valuer.

  • This is an excellent opportunity to develop valuation expertise across NSW with a flexible hybrid work model, allowing you to balance office, on-road, and home-based work.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will undertake and assist with professional property and valuation information consistent with legislation and policy.
  • Participate in a 24-month graduate program with rotations across multiple valuation teams, gaining exposure to valuing every parcel of land in NSW and determining compensation for compulsory acquisitions.
  • Provide valuation support and advice to the government clusters.

  • Drive, motivation, and commitment to learning with self-reflection ability are essential.
  • You should have the ability to achieve quality outcomes efficiently and make decisions within delegation on valuation matters.

Training & Development
