**Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Assisting with reception and administrative duties.
- Assisting with marketing campaigns: Social media,coordinating quotes, photoshoots, floorplans and marketing material as required.
- Preparing homes for open for inspections and attending open for inspections and private inspections
- Assisting with buyer enquiries, inspections, buyers appointment and conducting buyer call backs
- Liaising with solicitors regarding deposits, exchanges and settlements.
- Client prospecting,
- Attending pre-settlement inspections; including pest, building and valuations
- Database management
- Assisting with listing properties for sale
- Assisting and accompanying lead agent to all appointments
- Possess exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to take proactive and independent initiative while seamlessly collaborating within a tight-knit team
- Exhibiting a strong work ethic, a genuine eagerness to learn, and a positive can-do attitude.
- Good local knowlage of the hawkesbury (local resident highly regarded).
- Must have a genuine interest in the Real Estate industy with a focus on providing acceptional service to our community.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a real estat licence.
- Must have a valid driver's licence and a reliable car.
