Rural Valuer Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to support the growth of our Rural Valuations team in Wagga Wagga NSW. This role involves property inspections, research of property sales, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.

  • Property inspections and research of property sales
  • Report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards

Our valuers utilise best-in-market proprietary software and systems to maximise time in the field and reporting data capture.

This is an excellent opportunity to take over an existing workload, with a significant and long-standing rural work volume across both lending and non-lending sectors. Our Agri-specific Valuation Assistants further enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills Required:

  • Driven professionals with highly developed valuation skills
  • Exceptional communication and business development skills

A strong client focus and commitment to personal professional development are essential. Key requirements include:

  • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • CPV status
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role is preferable
  • Ability to demonstrate Rural Valuation and advisory experience
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment
