Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ramp Training Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about training and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our employees. They will work closely with supervisors to evaluate staff progress, performance, and development.

About the Role

This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. The Ramp Trainer will coordinate and conduct induction training, classroom and on-the-job training, and familiarizations for all functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and conduct induction training for new employees on safety, security, WHS, customer service, and client airline standards.
  • Conduct classroom and on-the-job training and familiarizations for all functions.
  • Coordinate annual training plans, training records, and matrices to ensure compliance.
  • Evaluate staff progress, performance, and development in conjunction with supervisors.
  • Compile performance statistics.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' aviation experience.
  • Leading Hand experience essential.
  • Previous training experience advantageous.
  • JQ A320/1 and JQ 787 skills required.
  • Sound computer and word processing skills to produce or update training manuals.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
