Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the development of cutting-edge software solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CE.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM Platform, including scripting, plugins, workflows, dialogs, client extensions, and SDKs. Experience with ASP.NET programming, C#, database concepts, OO analysis, and design under SDLC environments is also essential.

This role involves developing required functionality and features, reviewing code to ensure it conforms to standards, helping improve the quality of the existing code base, and ensuring projects are complete according to written specifications.


Key Responsibilities
  • Understand functional design and provide a technical architecture that meets functional requirements.
  • Ensure complete unit tests for every component or task.
  • Develop required functionality and features by coding on .Net platform & Internal Framework.
  • Review code and ensure it conforms to standards.
  • Help improve the quality of the existing code base.
  • Ensure projects are complete according to written specifications.
  • Follow best practices while coding [.NET & Microsoft Dynamics CE].
  • Ensure code is scalable for high-performance scenarios.
  • Implement effective leadership when managing a team or project team.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A strong understanding of the CRM Platform (Scripting, Plugins, WorkFlows, Dialogs, Client Extensions, SDK)
  • Good understanding of CRM Functional Modules.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Good understanding of SSRS and CRM Reports.
  • Ability to read a software requirement and produce a technical specification.
  • Strong and proved ASP.NET programming using C#; database concepts; OO analysis and design under SDLC environment.
  • Strong knowledge of web-based Technologies.
  • Development/Installation experience on an IFD environment is a plus.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
