Role Overview

As a Senior Solution Architect at Sg Fleet Australia Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving technical excellence across our software delivery teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the design and implementation of cutting-edge cloud-based solutions, leveraging your expertise in Azure and microservices architecture.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards and documentation, ensuring consistency and best practices across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical decision-making and solution design, aligning with business requirements and goals.
  • Lead research on new technologies and innovations, exploring opportunities to enhance our cloud-based solutions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to technical teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will be working closely with our Platform team to provide strategic guidance and technical leadership, influencing the direction of our cloud and hosted solutions.

What You Will Need
  • Proven experience as a Senior Solution Architect or similar technical leadership role, with a strong background in cloud architecture and microservices.
  • Extensive experience with Azure, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud-based infrastructure, DevOps practices, and containerisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies.
