Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage and expand customer's existing acquiring solution to ensure ongoing profitability through portfolio review, advisory reviews, and re-pricing activities where required.
- Develop and maintain key high-value customer relationships.
- Apply a solution-based sales approach to achieve customer outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with key economic trends impacting the industry and share insights across the customer portfolio.
- Provide expert advice to clients on electronic payments and find solutions to complex questions and situations.
- Develop and manage strong internal relationships with ANZ Corporate & Institutional Banking Teams and become a trusted product specialist for these teams.
- You will be measured on sustainable growth, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Experience in payments, merchant acquiring, transaction banking, or technology sales.
- Bachelor's degree or similar level by experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, virtual, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Experience closing complex deals.
- Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well.
- Strong networking skills.
