Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business and Performance Analyst to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our commercial claims demand and performance team, you will play a critical role in providing accurate business and financial metrics and accompanying insight to claims operational areas and reporting on claims performance to key stakeholders within claims and across the commercial business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, review, and analyze data to identify data-led insights which guide and inform critical business decisions and drive claims performance.
  • Work with the wider claims operational teams, supply chain, and claims finance to identify trends in data that support telling the claims performance story.
  • Support the property and motor claims performance insight leads to ensure key exhibits are reported across the commercial lines businesses. This includes both cost and customer metrics.
  • Provision of financial analysis/insight in terms of regular KPI/performance packs and ad-hoc reporting / data requests.

Requirements:

  • End to end accountability for challenging and reporting of performance across the commercial claims system.
  • Accurate, insightful, and timely support, analysis which addresses key issues, challenges performance, and delivers an understanding of what drives performance in the commercial lines system.
  • Relationship management with operational commercial claims areas, providing support and challenge.
  • Manage the delivery of strategic account broker claims reporting.
  • Advanced excel & power point skills.

What We Offer:

  • Salary between £32,000 - £34,000 (location, skills, experience, and qualifications dependant)
  • Bonus opportunity of 8% of annual salary (actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's)
