Market Development Director Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to spearhead our Market Development team as the Market Development Director.

This role involves developing, directing, and driving sales business strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets for the Australian market. The successful candidate will maintain relationships with existing key partners, identify new and potential leaders, and implement sales plans.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. They should also have minimum 8 years of sales or industry experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial capacity.

A well-organized, articulate, detail-oriented individual with a positive outlook is required to excel in this role. The ability to interface with associates and employees at all levels, proficiency in computer software and internet resources, are also essential.
