**About the Role**:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Member Support Consultant to join our team. As a Member Support Consultant, you will play a key role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base at our Cottesloe club.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring prospective members to begin their wellness journey with us, providing exceptional customer service, and driving positive member retention. You will be an expert in all things Goodlife, seamlessly swapping between sales and lead generation, providing outstanding service on the reception desk, and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contribute to sales growth through proactive sales activities and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalized interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience

About You:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
  • Ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
  • Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathize, and influence others
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
