The Opportunity

As a member support consultant, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with our members and helping them achieve their fitness goals. You will be responsible for selling memberships and leading generation activities, as well as providing excellent customer service to retain existing members.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to membership sales budget using proactive sales strategies
  • Generate high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys through positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Involve yourself actively in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regularly make service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey, recommending products that would boost their results and amplify their experience

About You

- First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied backgrounds
- Problem-solving skills and ability to overcome obstacles
- Excellent communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
