Grow Your Career as a Member Support Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Member Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving membership growth and retention through exceptional sales and customer service skills.

About the Role

  • Proactively contribute to club sales targets by utilizing effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Identify and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Provide personalized member journeys through positive interactions
  • Successfully resolve member inquiries and concerns
  • Adhere to club roster schedules for opening and closing duties
  • Promote member retention programs to inspire continued fitness journeys

Requirements

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and provide supportive guidance
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Tenacious and driven individual with a strong work ethic

What We Offer

  • A competitive OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (including base salary and commission) plus superannuation
