The opportunity:

We are looking for Sales Consultants to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to sales growth through proactive activities
  • Generating and converting high-quality leads through community outreach and referrals
  • Achieving lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Providing presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Creating great member journeys through positive interactions
  • Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Participating in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey

About you:

We are looking for someone who can build rapport with people from varied walks of life. You should be able to solve problems, overcome obstacles, communicate effectively, and possess tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
