Job Description

This role is responsible for developing and implementing regional OD strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, associate engagement, and leadership development. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, and the global OD team to assess current organizational status, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted interventions.

  • Evaluate and assess current organizational status, including culture, structure, processes, and engagement within the region.
  • Partner and collaborate with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand concerns and areas for improvement.
  • Gather information and supporting data to fully understand underlying issues.
  • Develop regional OD strategies and interventions that align with global OD initiatives and support organizational goals.
  • Deliver regional leadership development programs at all levels, leveraging global OD resources.

You will also be responsible for identifying insurance technical training requirements, implementing scalable learning solutions, and designing targeted skills development programs. Additionally, you will develop and implement robust evaluation methods to measure the impact and effectiveness of organizational development initiatives.

  • A strong understanding of global cultural diversity and the ability to create strategies that reflect and respect cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with regional leadership and the global OD team.
  • Expertise in managing and leading change processes to help the organization adapt to new strategies or structures.
  • Ability to assess organization needs, analyze data, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and initiatives.
