The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our People function, you will play a crucial role in driving best-in-class talent acquisition strategies and ensuring that our workforce reflects the skills and expertise required to drive business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent from across the globe.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and the People team to identify talent gaps and develop innovative solutions to address them.
- Design and implement efficient, scalable recruitment processes to support global talent acquisition needs, leveraging AI and technology to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with local and global recruitment partners, job boards, universities, and training providers to enhance sourcing strategies and ensure seamless candidate experiences.
- Work collaboratively with the People and Marketing teams to develop and enhance the employer value proposition (EVP), focusing on brand awareness and talent attraction.
- Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practice and interview techniques, championing the King Living culture and values throughout the recruitment process.
- Own and optimise the use of recruitment platforms, such as Job Adder, xRef, CVCheck, LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, Seek, and Indeed.
- Act as the key liaison for universities, managing internship and graduate recruitment programs and organising career events.
- Collaborate with the People team on strategic people initiatives and projects, from inception to execution.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment. You must have strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging with senior leaders and business units. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable you to articulate our brand story and engage top talent. Additionally, you should possess strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
