Poultry Process Workers/De-Boners Required

Work locally and avoid the commute to Sydney. Our client, a leading provider of Poultry Products nationally, is looking for non-experienced and experienced workers to debone their products.

  • Remove meat product from the bird using a knife.
  • Determine appropriate cuts according to training and make cuts for wings, skin, breast fillets, drumsticks, thigh meat and breast tenders.
  • Lift 20kgs and stand for eight or more hours in a refrigerated environment.

To be considered for this role, you must have a willingness to work and to learn on the job.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • FULL WORK RIGHTS with ongoing position and view to permanency.
  • Your own transport, as public transport may not be readily available.
  • Be physically fit and willing to work with raw meat.
  • Able to stand for long periods and work in ambient and temperature-controlled environments.
  • Happy to work on your own and comfortable with repetitive tasks and movements.

Please note: due to quarantine regulations, you must not have any contact with Birds or Pigs.
