Our client, located in Tahmoor, is one of the leading providers of Poultry Products Nationally, and they are looking for both non-experienced and experienced workers to debone their poultry products as well as other process and production duties.

Your job as a deboner will be to remove meat product from the bird using a knife. A deboner must be able to determine appropriate cuts according to training and be able to make cuts for wings, skin, breast fillets, drumsticks, thigh meat and breast tenders. Additionally, the deboner must be able to lift 20kgs and stand for eight or more hours.

Deboners typically work in a refrigerated environment. To keep the fresh meat cold and safe. Another thing to note is that a poultry plant will most likely smell like chicken since they process so many birds.

**To be considered for this role you must have a willingness to work and to learn on the job.**

**Pay rates are - $32.49 for no experience and starting at $34.87 for those experienced.**

- Have your own transport, this location is not easily accessed with public transport
- Be physically fit
- Be willing to work with and cut raw meat with knives
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Happy to work on your own
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and movements
- Able to work in ambient and temperature-controlled environments
- Able to lift up to 20kg
- Due to quarantine, you must not have any contact with Birds or Pigs, to be considered for this role.
