**Chicken Deboner (Filleter) (Chicken Factory)**

Giglio's Fresh Chickens is a Poultry Abattoir located in Bonnyrigg, NSW AUSTRALIA and we are seeking a Chicken Deboner to join our team at our Chicken Processing Plant.

Immediate start - Day time work only - **4 DAYS **A WEEK MONDAY - FRIDAYS **5AM START (Roughly 6 hr shift)**

Cuts, bones carcass sections, disjoints or trims poultry and other meats to portion according to the company's customer specification by performing the following duties:
**Duties**:

- Experience required in meat production: worker must be skilful, result-oriented and flexible
- Disjoints poultry and cut into portions such as fillets, skin on, skin off etc.
- Places portions of products in containers
- Ready to work in a meat industry environment;
- Experience making the right kinds of cuts on chicken in a meat processing environment very quickly
- Experience using knives
- Physical fitness: you must be able to stand for six or more hours and potentially lift up to 15kg
- Attention to detail and must be able to follow instructions

The position involves the following but not limited to; chicken deboning by hand, performing production line duties and trimming and packaging of chicken products.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have exceptional knife handling skills including the demonstrated ability to debone chicken;
- Previous experience in the poultry industry;
- Be able to perform duties in a timely manner;
- Be hardworking, punctual and reliable;
- Be fit and healthy, with the ability to be able to perform repetitive tasks;
- Must be able to follow direction and instructions;
- Must be able to work both independently and part of a team; and
- Must be a permanent resident of Australia or have no work restrictions on current visa.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Edensor Park, NSW 2176: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
