Key Responsibilities

The Research Grants Administrator supports the operational delivery of grant schemes under the Pink Horizon Research Strategy, across the full grant lifecycle.

  • Manage a busy inbox for grant related queries and action, communicate or escalate as required.
  • Keep track of grant deadlines, reporting/audit requirements, and key deliverables to support proactive planning and compliance.
  • Provide meeting administration support for various Committee operations and workshops.
  • Pre-Award and Post-Award Grant Management support, from coordinating documents to facilitating grant funding agreements and disbursements.
Essential Skills and Attributes

Highly organised individual with exceptional communication skills, relevant qualifications in science or health science, strong administrative skills, and intermediate to advanced skills across the Microsoft suite.
