Our organization is seeking a Senior Educational Program Manager to join our team. As the key leader in educational program development and implementation, you will be responsible for promoting children's well-being, development, and learning.

This role involves leading the design and delivery of educational programs that align with our service philosophy and policies. You will work closely with educators to develop and implement assessment strategies and support their professional growth and development.

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Collaborate with educators to design and deliver programs that promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to educators to enhance their knowledge, skills, and practice.
  • Contribute to the development and review of education policies and procedures.
  • Support the implementation of education initiatives and projects that promote best practice in early childhood education.

Key qualifications include:

  • A diploma in children's services or equivalent qualification.
  • Sound experience in an early childhood education setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of child development theories and research-based practices.
  • Capacity to analyze and interpret data to inform educational program decisions.
