
Educational Program Manager

We are a trusted provider of early learning and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services with over 40 years of experience in childcare. Our mission is to support the holistic development of children and families.
About the Role- This is an impactful position where you will mentor educators, promote inclusive and high-quality practices, and guide our services through reflective practice to meet—and exceed—the National Quality Standard.
- You will play a key role in supporting our services to deliver high-quality educational programs, provide guidance, mentoring, and tools to help educators create inclusive, child-centered environments that support holistic development.
- Observe, assess, and provide tailored training to educators to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate, and inclusive programs.
- Develop and implement educational procedures and documentation to support the delivery of high-quality educational programs.
- Mentor educators in delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate, and inclusive programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Support our services in community engagement and building strong local partnerships to enhance the lives of children and families.
- Assist in designing and implementing wellbeing initiatives for children, families, and staff to promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Facilitate reflective practice sessions to guide the development and review of Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) to ensure our services continuously improve.
- Support the implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the My Time, Our Place learning framework for school-aged children to ensure we provide high-quality education and care services.
- Lead preparation and drive continuous improvement efforts related to the Assessment and Rating process to ensure our services meet the highest standards.
- A tertiary qualification in Community Services, Early Childhood Education, Teaching, Disability, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in leading inclusion and diversity initiatives within childcare or children's services to create a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Strong understanding of applicable legislation, Education and Care Services National Regulations, and the National Quality Framework to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Proven leadership and team engagement capabilities to motivate and inspire staff to achieve excellence.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and resolve complex issues.
- Experience working with children with disabilities and/or high or complex needs to ensure we provide individualized support and care.
