We are a hotel located in the heart of the CBD, offering stylish guest rooms, a restaurant, bar, gym, and meeting spaces.

About the Role

As a Front Office Professional, you will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will work as part of the Front Office Team, connecting our guests with the hotel.

  • Welcome all guests and complete the check-in process for guests and group arrivals.
  • Complete the check-out process for departing guests using the hotel systems.
  • Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Find ways to delight and excite our guests to make their stay memorable.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel products, services, and special offers, as well as daily VIP movements and events.
  • Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing programs.
  • Perform general communication duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.

Requirements

  • Friendly, bubbly, and positive demeanor.
  • Calm and efficient under pressure with attention to detail.
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Ability to learn new computer systems easily.
  • Previous experience in Front Office/Concierge within a hotel is advantageous.
