Job Description

In this exciting role as Occupational Therapy Team Lead - Paediatric Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of new graduate and junior occupational therapists. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clinical supervision and mentoring to your team members
  • Facilitating in-house professional development training sessions to enhance their skills
  • Working with a caseload of paediatric clients, conducting initial assessments, creating tailored therapy plans, and delivering therapy sessions
  • Writing reports to track each client's progress
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
