Guest Service Ambassador

The role of a Guest Service Agent is multifaceted and plays a pivotal part in ensuring that every guest experience at our hotel exceeds expectations.


This includes providing exceptional service, being knowledgeable about the hotel's facilities, and communicating effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.


To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure that all guest interactions are positive and memorable, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest transactions, including check-ins, check-outs, and account management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals, share knowledge, and provide support when needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and enhance your skillset.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
