Job Description:

The Customer Service Training Specialist will report to the Training Manager and be responsible for assisting in the delivery of training programs across international touring brands. The role requires a high level of expertise in customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop training content based on identified needs, working closely with the Training and Development team.
  • Design and deliver ongoing training to customer service agents on products, consultative sales process, booking and IT systems, reservation policies and procedures.
  • Monitor customer service staff to identify performance gaps and assist with identifying training needs.
  • Collaborate with the Business Process Outsourcing Manager to train and develop the Hexaware team based in Manila.
Training Content & Delivery:
  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint online training manuals, agendas, presentations, and assessments for all training programs.
  • Closely collaborate with the Work Force Planning team to ensure timing and duration of training aligns with resource management.
  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of training facilities and resources.
Administration:
  • Perform all other duties as reasonably required by management.
