Leadership Development and Culture Specialist

We are seeking a collaborative individual to support our HR team in various tasks, including employer branding, recruitment outreach, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Publish job postings and track candidate applications
  • Screen resumes and compile candidate shortlists for review
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between applicants and managers
  • Maintain and update employee records and digital HR documents
  • Draft internal announcements and HR communications
  • Plan and coordinate team engagement activities or virtual events
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or content planning tools
  • Interest in social media, employer branding, and internal communication efforts
  • Good written communication skills and an eye for design
  • Prior experience in HR, administration, or marketing is advantageous
