We're looking for a talented professional to deliver coaching and on-the-job training to new and existing team members. As a Coaching and Knowledge Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in uplifting people capability across Member Insurance & Claims.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality coaching and training sessions that cater to different learning styles
- Developing and maintaining knowledge articles that align with best practices
- Identifying knowledge gaps and implementing solutions to address them
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure training and knowledge management is consistent and aligned to divisional strategy and objectives
- Providing timely feedback and coaching to enhance customer experiences and embed newly acquired skills
This is a 12-month max-term/secondment opportunity.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Genuine passion for customer service and the ability to inspire others to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Experience in delivering training and workplace coaching
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain productive working relationships with peers and stakeholders
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt communication to different audiences
- Maintains high performance and quality benchmarks for others to follow
- Highly organized with time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks to achieve goals
- Experience interpreting relevant financial and superannuation legislation, regulations and policies; experience in superannuation, insurance or finance industries
- Strong computer literacy and experience using collaborative platforms
