
Customer Experience Leader

The Customer Experience Lead will drive the success of our Brisbane store by delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a high-performing team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Lead a talented team to achieve sales and KPI targets through effective coaching and mentoring
- Embed a culture of CARE, COACHING, ENERGY, ACCOUNTABILITY, and INNOVATION within the store and across the business
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to align store operations and drive business growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Customer Experience Lead or equivalent role in a retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
