Customer Experience Lead

The Customer Experience Lead will drive the success of our Brisbane store by delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a high-performing team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Lead a talented team to achieve sales and KPI targets through effective coaching and mentoring
  • Embed a culture of CARE, COACHING, ENERGY, ACCOUNTABILITY, and INNOVATION within the store and across the business
  • Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to align store operations and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Experience Lead or equivalent role in a retail environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
