Job Position Overview

The Workforce Manager is responsible for implementing and supporting the ADP GlobalView solution to meet departmental KPIs through successful provision of consulting and implementation services to clients in line with agreed standards and timeframes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct workshops to gather client requirements
  • Design and document client solutions including business requirements, interface specifications, and other specifications required according to ADP's methodology and project scope
  • Take ownership of configuration and collaborate with other teams/streams/areas to deliver and unit test systems as designed
  • Resolve issues and gaps between client requirements and ADP WFM product and work with other teams/streams/areas to resolve them
  • Provide guidance to clients in preparing testing activities (test scripts, scenarios)
  • Support clients through User Acceptance, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live phases
  • Deliver training sessions
  • Support data migration activities like data cleansing, mapping, and conversion

In addition to these responsibilities:

  • Maintain autonomy while working within a team environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently
Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing UKG Workforce Central / Workforce Dimensions
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll, Human Resources, or Time Management systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct training sessions

A tertiary qualification in a related field is preferred. Completion of UKG Workforce Central / Workforce Dimensions or ADP Enterprise eTIME / Workforce Manager training, along with Project Management Qualifications, are also highly valued.
