Job Title

We are seeking a trusted advisor to support our Operations leaders in aligning people strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, recruitment, and succession initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Analyze complex employee relations matters and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Develop and implement performance and engagement strategies that enhance company values.
  • Lead national people-focused projects to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and award interpretation.
  • Proven ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A solutions-focused mindset and passion for driving excellence.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments (hospitality or retail a plus).
