About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to support the end-to-end planning and delivery of conferences.

This role involves working closely with experienced project managers and directors to gain valuable skills and take on more responsibility as you grow.

  • Support event coordination including delegate management, program and speaker support, client communication, and supplier management.
  • Coordinate with venues, caterers, accommodation providers, and other partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Update websites, prepare marketing materials, and contribute to event communications.
  • Travel regularly interstate (and occasionally overseas) to support events, manage registration desks, and troubleshoot challenges.
