Centrepoint Finance, a respected and long-standing brokerage in the asset and commercial finance sector, is seeking a General Manager to lead the next stage of growth and innovation.

Centrepoint Finance is a wholly owned subsidiary of Westlawn Finance, a long-standing financial services provider.
Both are part of the ASX listed COG Financial Services Group.
The Role As General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Centrepoint Finance's strategic vision.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for the growth and performance of the business – with a particular focus on: Attracting, onboarding, and developing new brokers Driving national business development and lead generation strategies Enhancing broker engagement, retention, and productivity Leading operational performance, financial outcomes, and compliance frameworks Building relationships with lenders, technology providers, and industry stakeholders Fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement About You Demonstrated leadership experience in finance, aggregation, or broking Strong commercial acumen with a passion for helping brokers succeed Proven success in attracting and developing broker partnerships Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Knowledge of asset, equipment, and commercial lending (preferred) Motivated by outcomes, integrity, and building something long-term Unlock job insights Salary match Number of applicants Skills match Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
