New Client Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Client Liaison Officer to join our team at AFL Recruitment. As a key member of our New Client Enquiries team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience working in a personal injury law firm or a customer service role, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for:
- Providing initial fact-finding and technical assessments of client enquiries
- Allocating solicitors to clients and arranging client-solicitor meetings
- Supporting paralegals and lawyers with administration and filing tasks as needed

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
