Key Responsibilities:

  • Initial fact-finding and technical assessment of client enquiries
  • Allocating solicitors to clients and arranging client-solicitor meetings
  • Supporting paralegals and lawyers with administration and filing tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a legal assistant or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
