Custody Portfolio Leader

Job Summary:

As a Custody Portfolio Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of client portfolios, ensuring seamless onboarding processes and exceptional customer service. You will lead a team in managing workload, implementing meeting schedules, drafting documents, and collecting KYC information.

Key responsibilities include managing amendments to appointments, drafting procedures, and assisting with project implementation as required.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of handling high volumes and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Year 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Degree relevant to the role and its tasks is desirable
  • At least 3-5 years' experience working in a similar role
  • Understanding of regulatory, contractual, and operational aspects of the Custody business or funds management industry
  • Strong people leadership abilities and communication skills
