This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Managed Funds Services Team within Perpetual Corporate Trust (PCT), a specialist business within the Perpetual Group. About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing a portfolio of approximately 40 clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. You will respond to client enquiries related to services, financial products, fees, and conditions, while processing a wide range of payments including domestic, international, BPAY, and Direct Entry Files. The role involves validating client instructions, performing call-backs, and ensuring compliance with signatory requirements. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate execution of client instructions, handle equity transfers, FX bookings, and settlement processes such as DVP, Cash, and On Market. Additionally, you will perform account reconciliations, manage high-volume, high-value transactions, facilitate account openings and closures, term deposits, and bank audit confirmations, and contribute to identifying and mitigating operational risks.

About you- Demonstrated experience in financial services, particularly within payment operations or client services in a custody or banking environment.- Hands-on experience with banking platforms and a solid track record in payment processing (essential).- Proven expertise in handling International, RTGS, Direct Entry (DE), and BPAY transactions (essential).- Familiarity with CHESS and Austraclear systems.- A strong client service mindset, supported by excellent communication skills.- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
