Strategic Commercial Manager

The role involves driving commercial decision making and strategic planning to optimise outcomes.
The Commercial Manager will oversee the commercial department, ensuring effective management of accounting and contract functions, providing commercial analysis and advice to stakeholders at site and corporate level.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing cost minimisation strategies through data analysis and insights.
- Implementing commercial plans to achieve optimal results.
- Providing accounting services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Contributing to financial, procurement and commercial expertise in developing business strategies and budgets aligned with operational goals.
- Generating accurate business reports, tracking KPIs and monitoring site performance metrics.
A leader with strong stakeholder management skills, a commitment to continuous improvement and a solid background in commercial management is required. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrable experience influencing transformational commercial outcomes, exceptional negotiation skills and a passion for delivering results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and drive change initiatives is also critical.
