Speech Pathology Leader Role

We are seeking a full-time Senior Speech Pathologist to lead our team. This role will involve providing high-quality assessment, diagnosis and management of acquired communication and swallowing difficulties in sub-acute inpatient and outpatient settings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing clinical guidance to Speech Pathology staff and Allied Health Assistants or Speech Pathology students
  • Engaging in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to service development and planning
  • Working with neurology and general adult caseloads in rehabilitation and outpatient settings
Necessary Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia
  • Extensive clinical experience, including experience as a Level 2 Speech Pathologist or equivalent
  • Leadership and/or supervision experience of Speech Pathology staff or Allied Health Assistants or Speech Pathology students
