Additionally, you'll provide support to the Head Cook to manage inventory and maintain stock levels, as well as ensuring food quality and safety standards.

• Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
• Experience leading and developing a team
• Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
• Good understanding of food safety concerns
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
