Commercial Property Management Position

Our organization is seeking an experienced commercial property manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties in the Eastern Suburbs and City Fringe of New South Wales.

The Job Description:
  • Manage a diverse range of commercial and retail properties, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Invoice tenants in a timely manner, track arrears, and negotiate lease renewals to maintain a strong tenant relationship.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform annual market rent reviews to ensure optimal property value.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in commercial property management, preferably with a Certificate of Registration and valid driver's license.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and stakeholders.
