Job Title: Quality Management Executive

Job Summary

This is a leadership role that requires an exceptional individual with strong quality management skills and experience in driving improvement initiatives across global operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of championing quality culture, leading diverse teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to develop and implement robust quality policies and standards aligned with business goals. They will also be responsible for integrating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable quality improvements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enforce robust quality policies, procedures, and standards aligned with business goals and international regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Six Sigma methodologies to foster a strong, sustainable quality culture.
  • Ensure all products and systems conform to defined specifications, safety regulations, and customer expectations.
  • Integrate and oversee cross-functional teams across Quality Assurance (QA), Supplier Management, and Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Service Centres and Technical Support to deliver measurable quality improvements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering Management.
  • At least 15 years of experience in R&D, quality assurance, reliability engineering, or testing in technology or manufacturing environments, preferably in a factory setting.
  • Strong background in Total Quality Management, Six Sigma, or other quality management systems, particularly in multinational environments.
  • Good knowledge of product engineering processes, from design, development, testing, manufacturing, and lifecycle quality assurance.
  • Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to lead diverse, multi-functional teams across regions.
