Quality Assurance Lead

Our ideal candidate will drive quality initiatives, develop validation protocols, and mentor junior team members in a contract manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure highest quality standards are met.
  • Develop and execute validation protocols to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct root cause investigations and corrective actions for quality issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience in a contract manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 8 years of quality experience, with at least 2 years focused on plastic injection molding.
  • Valid identification and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
