About the Role As the Manager, Advisory Quality Management you will champion quality as a strategic driver of BDO's success for the Advisory service line.
This role will include : Quality Assurance : Developing and implementing quality control processes to ensure that services meet established standards.
Risk Management : Identifying potential risks, assessing their impact, and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Compliance : Ensuring that services comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Continuous Improvement : Monitoring performance and implementing improvements to enhance service quality and reduce risks.
Key responsibilities will include : Help to lead the Quality Management team for BDO's Advisory service line.
Design and implement fit-for-purpose quality policies, procedures, processes, and resources.
Ensure staff are provided with appropriate software tools, technical manuals, guidance materials, learning and technical support to perform engagements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Interpret the findings, deficiencies and related root causes from internal and external monitoring and information-gathering processes.
About You A bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or a related field.
Experience in professional services, with strong knowledge of relevant professional services standards and regulations.
Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), or similar will be highly regarded.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in quality assurance, risk management, or a related field with the professional services environment.
Experience in developing and implementing quality control systems and processes.
Proven track record of managing risks and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Experience in training and developing staff on quality and risk management practices.
