Support Specialist

A vital role in our organisation, the Support Specialist will collaborate with healthcare professionals to empower individuals with disabilities.

  • Assist participants with therapy-based activities under close supervision of qualified therapists
  • Support mobility, communication, and daily living skill development
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to progress reports
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, person-centred care

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or working towards it)
  • Experience supporting people with disabilities (NDIS experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a respectful, empathetic approach
