Job Title: Site Project Construction Supervisor

As a Site Project Construction Supervisor with S&You, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of a construction project on an industrial process industry site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of Subcontractors: Ensure the efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines by supervising and coordinating the activities of all subcontractors on-site.
  • Site Operations Management: Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Quality Management: Maintain quality control procedures to ensure construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Safety Guidance: Promote a strong safety culture on-site by enforcing compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Frontline Leadership: Provide direct supervision and leadership to the on-site construction team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Trade Qualification, Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience in a supervisory role within the industrial process industry, particularly with brownfields construction projects.
  • Certifications: Relevant construction and safety certifications / experience.
