Site Supervisor - New Build Business Unit

Buildcorp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our New Build Business Unit. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Manage and coordinate construction activities on site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Subcontractor Management: Supervise and direct subcontractors and tradespeople, ensuring that they are working safely and efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Ensure adherence to project specifications and building regulations, monitoring progress and providing regular reports to the Project Manager.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and maintain health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process, working closely with the project team to achieve project milestones.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate site records and documentation, including progress reports and site diaries.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site personnel.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with site personnel, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Construction Knowledge: Thorough understanding of construction processes, including building codes and regulations.
  • Experience: A proven track record in site supervision within the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
