This is an exciting chance to take on a leadership role in our Specialist Palliative Care Service Consult Liaison team as a Senior Nursing Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational management and expert nursing leadership at an advanced level based on the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia – Registered Nurse Standards of Practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Applies professional and clinical expertise in collaboration with nursing and midwifery and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
  • Responsible for implementing strategies that support a work-based culture promoting education, learning, research and workforce development.
  • Ensures adherence to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures to guarantee high-quality safe services and workplaces.
